Studies On Construction Mechanism Of Chinese New Rural Culture

To strengthen the building of a new socialist countryside is an enormous engineering, building a comprehensive well-off society is the most difficult tasks; we must try our best to build the rural culture and culture mechanism to achieve the goal. Comparing the rapid development of economy and rise material standard of living at the crucial areas is legging behind the performance for the state, which are incompatible to realize the well-off and harmonious society.Since the birth date of the Chinese Communist Party, culture movements of worker and peasants' have been developed from Great Revolution time to Soviet areas, from new democracy to socialism periods. Specially during 5·4 Movements and New Culture Movement, the center of new cultural movement had been changed gradually from city to rural, which opened new leading times for the Chinese Communist Party on cultural reconstruction.
