Cadre Education Research Of The Party In Shaan-gan-ning Border Region During The Anti-japanese War

After the Anti-Japanese War broken. In order to leadership Chinese peopleachieved the victory of the War. The Communist Party of China carried out the workof cadre education in Shaan-Gan-Ning border region in many ways, trained manyexcellent cadres and improved their quality, political quality, theoretical quality andpractical ability. They were made an indelible contribution for the victory of theAnti-Japanese War and the construction of the new China. They were changed thefuture and destiny of China completely. Cadre education of Shaan-Gan-Ning borderregion occupies an important position in the whole history of the Communist Partyof China. Today, Chinese scholars have made some achievements of the history anddevelopment research about Shaan-Gan-Ning border region. But the research result ofthe more details is also not very rich. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies Ihave made more careful analysis and in-depth research about it.Firstly, I summarize the historical background of developing cadre education inShaan-Gan-Ning border region. Secondly, from two aspects about on-the-job cadreeducation and school cadre education analyze the methods and contents what wasused in the cadre education of Shaan-Gan-Ning border region, summarize thecharacteristics and the achievements about it and discusse it has an important positionand play a huge role in the Anti-Japanese War. Finally, sum up the experiences of it.Ihave put forward some opinions and suggestions for cadre education at present,depending on the successful experience and the lessons, include the leadership shouldattach great importance to cadre education; have to pay attention to ideological andpolitical education; pay attention to the construction of cadre education; reasonablerectification movement is an effective method to promote the cadre education.
