The Study Of Hui Nationality Cadres In Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region Governed By The CPC During Yan’an Period

The study of Minority nationality cadres of the CPC(Communist Party of China) is an important part of national studies, the Yan’an period in the history of the CPC has a special place, Hui nationality cadres in Shaan-Gan-Ning border region governed by the CPC during Yan’an period play an important role in the national liberation movement and the national democratic revolution movement. This subject will be discussed from three aspects:Firstly, from the basic policy and its background of Hui nationality cadres during Yan’an period, the CPC and the border region government formulated the national autonomy principle, respected Hui nationality’s religious choice and political rights, guaranteed the equality of Hui nationality’s political status, taken a series of policies and methods to cultivate and appoint the Hui nationality cadres and made the route principles of establishing the wide national united front. Secondly, the Hui nationality cadres in Shaan-Gan-Ning border region during Yan’an period went through a process from young to strengthen, they have been growing in the Hui nationality autonomous liberation movement, construction of the border region and the revolutionary. At the same time, the CPC has started to develop the training course of Minority cadres and the education institutions, like professional training class, short-term training class and Yan’an academy for nationalities, to create the conditions for the development and regularization of the Hui nationality cadres. At last, through summarizing the policy and its practice of Hui nationality cadres in Shaan-Gan-Ning border region governed by the CPC during Yan’an period, it find that the Hui nationality cadres played a positive role in mobilizing Hui nationality in the border region, developing Hui nationality work and consolidating and expanding the national united front as a political bond bridge, then it explore the experience of cultivating and appointing Hui nationality cadres in Shaan-Gan-Ning border region during Yan’an period, in order to present the guiding function of the experience value of Hui nationality work to cultivating the Hui nationality cadres of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities since the found of the new republic of China.
