The Study Of Ideological And Political Work On Responding To Citizen Participating In Microblogging

In the course of development on new media in today’s China, microblogging with its low threshold, strong real-time, interactive and convenient characteristics to attract a large number of public participation, and extensive and profound impact on all aspects of the Chinese society. Social tool of the general sense converts to the press supervision weapon, microblogging plays an irreplaceable role. Citizen participation, also known as public participation, citizen’s participation in public life and public affairs, which citizen intervene in the conduct of public affairs through a variety of legitimate ways and means to express interest demands, and influence public policy or public events. The citizen participation refers not only to participating in political life, but also in various fields including economics, culture and social participation. Citizen participation is the core issue of democracy, only through orderly citizen participation which can ensure the people are the masters, and democratic politics can be built. Microblogging provides citizen with a new participatory platform, but also it means a sharp challenge. The participation of citizen microblogging is a double-edged sword, it gives citizen a new platform of interest demands, but also it is full of negative factors, in a way it may lead to irrational participation of citizen, out-of-order participation or even illegal participation, which brings a negative effect on social stability. Therefore, improving the awareness and ability of citizen’s participation, guiding the orderly and high-quality citizen participation is a new topic for the ideological and political work.This article bases on the theory of ideological and political education, and bases on the present situation and characteristics of the microblogging to analyses the features of rights and obligations of citizen participating in microblogging, from the point of civil society and the construction of harmonious society and how to cultivate a sense of civil responsibility in the microblogging environment, on this basis to point out that the participation of citizen microblogging brings what challenges to the contents and methods of ideological and political work, from a cognitive point of view to put forward corresponding measures and countermeasures to improve the construction of ideological and political work environment in microblogging environment to build, ultimately promoting the theory of ideological and political work perfect and the development of discipline.
