Research On The Construction Path Of The Rule Of Law In Society From The Perspective Of Marx's Theory Of Civil Society

With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up,especially the continuous improvement of the market economy system,the rights of social individuals and the rights of market subjects have been continuously developed,the space for social activities has become increasingly vast,and democratic politics has been greatly developed.After 40 years of reform and development,the transformation from "strong country-weak society" to "strong country-strong society" has been strengthened day by day.The importance of social construction has been recognized by the party and the country.While emphasizing the overall promotion of the rule of law,the Chinese Communist Party creatively put forward the strategic proposition of "building a country ruled by law,a government ruled by law,and a society ruled by law".Under this proposition,compared with a country ruled by law and a government ruled by law,a society ruled by law is a relatively independent field,which refers to the legalization of life in the social field while building a country ruled by law and a government ruled by law.Different from the traditional idea of confusing the country under the rule of law with the society under the rule of law,the strategic proposition of “a country under the rule of law,a government under the role of law and a society under the rule of law as a whole” is a major innovation in the theory of the rule of law construction of the Communist Party of China and also a sublimation of the strategic goal of country with rule of law with distinct connotation and characteristics of the times.The development of the times necessarily requires the construction of a society under the rule of law,whose inevitable result is the comprehensive deepening of reform and which is also an important way to guarantee the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.The focus of building a society under the rule of law is to find a mode of interactive development between the state and society while construction of the state under the rule of law and the government under the rule of law is promoted.The operational mechanism of law shall be improved and the response of society should be strengthened by starting with social legislation,law enforcement environment,dispute resolution and legal service system.Give full play to the role of grass-roots co-construction so as to standardize and legalize the management of social organizations and enterprises and strengthen the cultivation of people's belief in the rule of law to build a legal social ecology from the aspects of ideology,behavior and cultural accomplishment.
