Research Of The Juvenile Conditional Non Prosecution Investigation System

With the new "criminal procedural law" promulgated, the minor non prosecution ofadditional conditions to be formally established. This system has the great significance,and the investigation system is key factor. Its value and role should not beunderestimated. This paper introduces and analyzes the research on the mechanism ofthe judicial practice in China, and it investigates the relevant systems of Germany, Japanand USA. On this basis, this paper states the problems of the mechanism in China, andgives some suggestions from the subject, the additional duty, the deadline, the evaluation,the result to propose to further improve the minor conditional non prosecutioninvestigation mechanism.
