The Research On Avoidancing Respondent Risk Of College Exercising Students Disposition

Students Disposition is one of college student management authority. Studentsdisposition is a legal power of college students management. In recent years, with the"education according to law" and the growing awareness of college students continueto implement rights,beacase of exercising students disposition colleges responding isgrowing.A wide range of such cases is a risk to education fair,and also a risk to protectingstudents’ management effectiveness,colleges should attach importance to the risk ofresponding. Colleges which xercising students disposition belong to AdministrativeProcedure, from the perspective of Administrative Procedure analyzes collegeexercising students disposition,it is the result of education administrative litigation,itis a need to maintaince the power of college management,it is also a requirement ofthe rule of building modern ang juristical campus.The methodologies of this paper are：interview method,questionnaire method,literature review, case study. This study mainly constitutes the following five parts：Part I: This part mainly states the motivations and research purposes of thetopic,the research content,literature review,research significance and research methodsof the thesis.Part II: This part explains the theory of respondenting risks about collegeexercising students disposition from the perspective of Administrative Procedure.First, it defines the specific meaning of college student dispositions,Second from theperspective of Administrative Procedure it analyzes legal status of colleges, Third itdiscusses the method of college respondent’s risk.Part III: The type of colleges respondent’s risk from exercising studentsdisposition.One is evidence risk.College must pay attention to the evidence risk,which is a key factor in the success of colleges responding to the decision.The otherone is non-evidence risk, Colleges can not ignore the risk of non-evidence,it mayincrease the respondentment cost of the colleges.Part IV: The reason of colleges respondent’s risk from exercising studentsdisposition.This chapter analyzes the risk causing by colleges themselves.From thefollowing four sides: ideas, qualities, professional technical, mechanism and system.Part V: Avoiding tactics of colleges respondent’s risk from exercising students disposition. It is a focus about this research which mainly discuss the questions ofcollege respondent’s process and mechanism consummating. First,colleges shouldmakes ideas in keeping with times, the second is to enhance the professional legalliteracy, the third is to improve the respondent expertise means four institutionalsystem is to improve the respondent.
