In recent years, China’s reforming and opening-up policy has continuouslydeepening. Meanwhile, the information globalization effect has penetrated into thefield of culture; Mongolia culture is one of the important national minority cultures,will also faces both to retain their excellent cultural heritage and to seek the way ofkeeping pace with the times. The family education as a key way of early learningMongolian culture, which has a mission of inheriting the national character andmorality, virtue, labor practice, etc. Moreover, Mongolia family education value ofmining is not only related to the dynamic inheritance of Mongolia ethnic culture, butalso related to the harmony and progress of countries. Thus, there is a significantmodern value of the research on the Mongolia family education. At the same time,cultural anthropology as the theoretical research of human culture, which provides anew perspective to study on the culture of Mongolia family educational value, and topromote the culture of Mongolia and the family educational interaction.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part: introduction.The first part introduces the educational value of the Mongolia familybackground, and then from the cultural anthropology perspective, researching onMongolia family educational value to guide the individual healthy growth, thenational culture dissemination and inheritance, constructing the harmonious society,improving and developing national education in minority families’ education valueand its realization, which all have the vital significance. Moreover, this part of theresearch summarizes the domestic and foreign relative researches to analyze thesituation of the Mongolia nationality problems of family education in the currentacademic circle. Finally, there are some mainly research methods in the process of writing this paper, such as the theory of cultural anthropology of the participantobservation method, the literature method, questionnaire survey, and cases interview;however the innovation of this study is fully combination of the theory and researchmethod through the whole text.The second part: overview of cultural anthropology and family education inMongolia.At the beginning, this part summarize the domestic and foreign scholars on thedefinition of cultural anthropology and basic theory overview, which describes thecultural anthropology in this study; then it demonstrates Mongolia family educationfrom the three aspects, there are family, generation and development of Mongoliafamily education, and the importance of Mongolia family education.The third part: analysis of the current situation of family education in Mongolia.Firstly, the survey area are introduced, and then based on the questionnaire dataand interview results summary the Mongolia family education has four problems:Mongolia parents on family education lack of emphasis, school and family educationin Mongolia with the family line, guide social of Mongolia family education is not thelack of publicity, and the onset of Mongolia family education culture element is lostseriously. Finally, it analysis the reason of family education weakening in Mongoliaaccording to the theory of Cultural Anthropology, the main reasons are Mongoliapeople, Mongolia school, the parents of their own government and culture itself.The fourth part: analysis of Mongolia family education value.The author based on the long-term observation and interview in the Mongolian familyrelated content analysis three aspectsof the value of the Mongolian family education.Firstly,the Mongolian family education is the foundation of national charactershape,it is for the Mongolian member open-minded character of the music form, thequality cultivation of weak thin fame and wealth, as well as the practical andtrustworthy behavior practice plays a foundation role.Secondly,the Mongolian family education is the source of the Mongoliancharacteristic education,The rich content of the education increased the cultureclassroom and the curriculum of the Mongolia school;the lively education extend to the Mongolian school’s cultural education methods;The unique form of the educationenriches the theory of Ethnic Education.Lastly,the Mongolian family education is an important carrier of the horsebackfire eternal transfer,it as a carrier of the “horseback fire” particle inherit,not only thecontinuation and development of the nomadic civilization,preservation anddissemination of the Uighur Mongolian,but aslo foster the Mongol who can both singand dance.The fifth part: ways to realize the educational value of the Mongolia families.Firstly,the Mongolia parents should seek their own development in modernsociety,on the one hand, parents should pay attention to improve their comprehensivequality,constantly enrich their own national culture knowledge reserve, improve theirown virtue cultivation, and promote physical and mental qualities.On the other hand,parents need to set up the nature and harmonious education concept,establishment ofmoral education method,the education value orientation toestablish the ability trainingin education on an equal footing.Secondly,the Mongolian school should be combined with family education.Oneis to absorb the cultural content of the Mongolian family education,open the specialcourse of national culture;two is integrate into Life education of the Mongolian familyeducation,Build a culture rich campus culture and To carry out the nationalcharacteristic activities.Three is established systematic talent and teacher trainingsystem combination with the Mongolian family education.Thirdly,the government to strengthen the publicity of the Mongolian culture.Onthe one hand, the party and the government according to strengthen the legislativeprotection through the method, the development of national characteristicseconomy,organization of Mongolia family education institutions,build the Mongolian familyeducation promotion platform actively;on the other hand, the relevant departments ofthe Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region carry out promotional activities,In order tothree ways of to improve the hardware facilities,abundant activity carrier anddevelopment culture team to protection the Mongolia family education.Lastly,lead Mongol come into the grassland culture consciously,not only to make Mongolia family members to establish a correct conception of cultural identity,And toset up the effective exchange mechanism between members of the Mongolian and theoutside world.
