Nowadays,multiple incidents of individuals or groups of payments conflicts took place in some areas in China,which has become the focus in some areas especially some developed regions,it is spreading in a diffusion tends,It is now that China faces new adjustment of revising of labor relations,the reason conflict intensifies is that Labor-intensive enterprises get lower profit and face new changes, It is also a friction between old policy and new circumstance,All forces play game with each other, the situation get more and more complex,Payment conflicts of labor are manifestations of serious differences between the interests of both employers and employees in objectives and expectations,According to incomplete statistics, currently there is totally more than150million migrant workers in China, where they present in are private enterprises,also known as the non-public enterprises,In the conflicts, many are involved in cases related to rural migrant workers, which led to the conflict in the original fusion of economicdisputes,related to cultural and social factors,Migrant workers enter the labor market and the enterprise, and hidden conflicts exist almost in all progress,From the perspective of rational choice theory by Coleman, peasantryworkers, as individuals in social,will be effected by the environment in the progress of pursuiting the maximizing of individual interests,They will act in accordance with their own existing systems to make a choice, and in these years, extreme behavior happens for the reasonable choice in unreasonable regime, This study shows that as China’s economic transformation, the status of migrant workers in the labor relations section have the technology and experience of continuous improvement, building a harmonious labor relations with the new direction,The migrant workers occupy a strong position in the labor market are more likely to take the initiative against the behavior, and a higher level of commitment in the process of labor conflicts, for recognition of their status of migrant workers is also higher for labor behavior recognition of conflict is also strong,in the conflicts,migrant workers face combined effect of the external and internal, Unionization from the farmers organization, social, groups affect the wokers,and they will form their own internal knowledge, resulting in the formation of labor relations continue a rational act of self-selection mechanism,This paper is divided into three parts, the introduction describes the background of the problem presented, as well as the status of research and research-related home and abroad, introduces the specific circumstances related to the paradigm used in this study, research methods and frameworks and case studied in this paper, The second part of this article shows a follow-conflict stage of decomposition, phased analysis of migrant workers have taken a logical behavior of rational choice at all stages, including the power of action (reason), the result, the outcome, The third part is a summary of the use of rational choice theory perspective for comprehensive detailed analysis in the second part as a general summary, And made relatively specific proposals that could be adopted by employers or government.
