At present, China is in the process of development of modern society, along with the rapid economic and social development, population migration showing a rising trend in the complex. With their increasing contribution to the city, the urban migrants become integrated into the social transformation, an important demographic shift variable factor. However, the status quo of their lives in the city and urban integration of the situation is not optimistic, it’s hard for them to integrated into the city, such as the problems of changing old habits, recognition of identify, the household registration system, children entering school.The author researches the H street, Nantong, which has a large floating population, strong liquidity flow of populated areas as a representative to carry out integration of migrants city survey to find street floating population in the city in the process of integration into the confusion, the demand for this is typically carried out the feasibility and necessity of floating population analysis accepting community education, summarizes results for migrants to integrate into the current problems with the lack of community education carried out in the presence of the city, to hinder the conduct of community education groups obstacles analyzed, in order to remedy, from the perspective of community education found several key factors to solve the city’s problems migrants integrate approaches and countermeasures.From the content point of view of education, community education focus on effectiveness, largely to meet them career guidance and skills training needs, consistent with its urgent need for transfer of employment, obstacles to economic levels from the fundamental solution for the promotion of migrants into the city and lay a solid economic foundation; forms from the point of view of education, community education in the form of eclectic, to meet the work flow of population groups, study the diverse needs of communication, entertainment, etc., can not only improve their literacy, but also for floating population and urban residents to provide mutual contact, interaction and understanding of opportunities and platforms. Help them build good relationship of trust and cooperation with urban residents and enhance community cohesion. Help migrants to find a sense of community, to address their hinder the integration of the city’s social and psychological aspects, and ultimately help them successfully integrate into city. Therefore, construction of community education system for the floating population has significant and far-reaching significance.
