Research On The Floating Population's Community Integration Status And Its Optimization Method Of Hebei Province

The floating population is one of the important human resources in our country, over the years, floating population in urban construction, economic development, protection of employment and prosperity of the market, there are many outstanding contribution, but China's floating population into social pressure still exists. In many problems of social integration, the integration of the community is one of the important issues, which needs to be solved urgently. Floating population community integration reflects the floating population desire and inflow domicile population demand for basic public services and obtain at least the social recognition and respect as well as, also reflects the fair distribution and social development in a harmonious and orderly social resources in our country. So the solution of the floating population community integration problem is of great significance both to the common people and the whole country.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign floating population and community integration research theory, provides a theoretical basis for the Hebei province community integration; secondly according to the specific situation in Hebei Province, the status quo of community integration of floating population in Hebei province was analyzed from multiple dimensions; third, the status of community service for the floating population in our province fusion based on the proposed current problems; finally explores the floating population service policy reform, and create a fair and equal and harmonious social environment, change management ideas and methods, improve the relevant mechanism, strengthen the flow of information construction of population management countermeasures are put forward, and obtain some valuable results.
