Therefore, the serious shortage phenomenon of thenumber of cadres appears soon, so Mao Zedong and the Central Committee must takemeasures to solve the problems facing now. Thirdly, the overall quality and capability of the cadres need to be improved urgently. In Xibaipo period, and under emergencyconditions, the overall quality and capability of the cadres need to be improvedurgently, therefore, strengthening the education and training of cadres is an urgent andimportant work which can not be ignored.The second part is the content system of Mao Zedong cadres education thoughtin Xibaipo period. This part is the focus of this article, which mainly explains themain content, characteristics, principles of Mao Zedong cadres education in Xibaipoperiod, and carries on the comprehensive and careful combing. Xibaipo period is aturning point in the development of Chinese revolution, also is an important period inthe construction of the communist party of China. In Xibaipo, this small mountainvillage, Mao Zedong, who map out a strategy and gain a decisive victory a thousandmiles away, succeeds in commanding the Liaoxi-Shengyang Campaign, HuaiHaiCampaign, and Tianjin Campaign by sending telegrams, which lays a solid foundationfor the birth of new China.
