The aim of the article mainly discusses the influencing factors of the attitude of public servants to anti-corruption education.The goal of this tentative study to collect and prove the possible influencing factors.Using theoretical analysis,literature review,interview and open questionnaire to collect the potential influencing factors. After two rounds of questionnaire survey, determining six classes and twenty factors by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,we try to structure the model of influencing factors.We get the following conclusions through the modal.The internal factor of attitude is the fundamental factor.As the external stimulation,the anti-corruption education,which is held specifically,is the practical basis.The personal factors,such as identity and political orientation also play a role.At the same time,the attitude is also effected by specific conditions, such as others’attitude and anti-corruption situation.Based on the tentative study,we made descriptive study.The descriptive study shows anti-corruption effort and results are the most important influencing factors,and the internal factor is the second.The influence effect of the process of education is indirect,and the influence degree is moderate.Individual causes are more important than external conditions.Theoretical study aims at guiding practice.Proposing some suggestions is the foothold of this study.Major recommendations include as following:promoting the scientific study of the anti-corruption education,changing the cognition and emotion of public servants,optimizing the educational process,increasing the anti-corruption efforts and implementing different education. |
