Man’s all-round development theory is an important content of Marxist ideology. The development of the society, the progress of The Times are putting forward higher requirements on the all-round development of human beings.Marx thought,"Each person’s free development is the condition of all people’s free development". A comprehensive development of people should have a rich life, the spirit of the rich, strong physique, rich social relations, comprehensive ability, reasonable demand structure and free personality and so on. However, with the historical process of building a well-off society, and achieving the great historical task of socialist modernization, compared with the economic development, we did not give enough attention to person’s full scale development, leading to a national civilization accomplishment and moral level,the demand structure of people, relationships and skills should greatly improve and optimize the structure, especially the life and health of people need to be very good protection.So deep understanding Marxism on man’s all-round development theory, analyzing the present problems in the aspect of man’s all-round development, revealing the cause of the problem, putting forward specific measures on how to promote the all-round development of people is essential,and has important theoretical and realistic significance.
