From the1982"Constitution" to1994’s "Budget Law", to2006’s "People’sCongress Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China at all levels ofsupervision",the NPC legislation involving financial supervision system graduallyimproved,as the NPC Financial Supervision functioning to provide a legalbasis.Needless to say,the NPC Financial Supervision achievements are obvious,but thereare also very prominent issues, such as:the NPC’s own building unsound l ed theCongress to act for financial supervision powerless;lack of relevant laws and regulations,making the NPC the presence of absence of fiscal over sight functions,while in theprocess of financial supervision there are some faults。Therefore, building a sound legal system of financial supervision NPC canfundamentally solve the case of the NPC Financial Supervision weak,at the same time itshould continue to strengthen their team building NPC,constantly improve the quality ofall aspects of financial supervision body of the NPC, and strengthen the construction ofthe operating mechanism of the NPC,and continuously improve the level of governmentfinancial information public in order to protect people’s congress for effective financialsupervision.
