Such as, false advertising, excessive publicity cashback amount, malicious raise rebate threshold, artificial cashback cycle long, abuse of format contract, overlord terms, to rebate as a stunt for Internet pyramid selling activities. Analyzed online rebate activities on the basis of the "advertisement law" regulation,"anti-unfair competition law","consumer rights and interests protects a law" and other laws and regulations, administrative jurisdiction is not clear, the deficiency of the technology is not mature, draw lessons from the United States, Britain, France, Japan and other major shopping rebate developed countries of the current online shopping rebate site management pattern and supervision experience, mainly from the perspective of administrative law, analyzes the relevant administrative departments of supervision, to promote the development of rebate site access and exit mechanism, set up shopping rebate website credit rating regulatory system, build industry self-discipline organization, strengthen the departments work together, jurisdiction set.The author hopes that through the above analysis, the protection of rights and interests of consumers, increase the efficiency of the administration supervision, to build a good online shopping rebate market have some reference, at the same time, also can the good development of online shopping rebate website itself, contribution meager strength.
