Jiang Qing’s political Confucianism rooted in Chunqiu theory. He insisted that thepolitical Confucianism is as same as the mind Confucianism, which contains a wealthof Chinese Confucian political wisdom, both of them are the important tradition ofConfucianism. Today western political culture frequently exposed her shortcomings,thepolitical Confucianism has important significance for China’s development.Jiang Qing criticized the Western-style democracy, freedom and the same timetrying to prove the superiority of the Confucian political Confucianism. In order tore-excavate the political interpretation of the meaning and value of Confucianism, hegave Gongyang Study a new comb and interpretation with modern perspective, trying toprove that the Gongyang Study has political spirit,critical spirit and moral spirit. On thisbasis, Jiang Qing made up his idea of the Benevolent politics, innovative raised thetriple legality of benevolent. According to his triple legitimacy, he also made some ideaof political practice. This paper describes Jiang Qing political Confucianism, and alsocarried out the pros and cons of his comments,at the thought of trying to fully displaythe entire contents of his thought.
