Study On Kazak Political Participation In Rural Areas Of Xin Jiang

As a core concept in modern politics,political participation is the concrete manifestation and the foundation of modern democratic politics.It can promote the development and progress of democratic politics.Citizen's political participation is an important dimension of democracy.Generally speaking,the higher the degree of political participation and the higher degree of democratization.For a legitimate political system,political participation is one of the interaction methods between citizens and the government,which is conducive to enhancing the legitimacy of the government and realizing of the political rights of citizens.China is a multi-ethnic country,the political participation of our ethnic minorities is also an important part of our country's citizen's political participation,which is an important form of our country's citizen's political participation.The effective participation of ethnic minorities in the political development of ethnic minorities is conducive to the stable development of the country and the full realization of their political rights by ethnic minorities and fully embodies the status of ethnic minorities in political life.In the grassroots society in Xinjiang,the political participation of citizens is the main form of their political life,grass-roots governance and grassroots democracy is a dynamic manifestation.In the field of politics,it is also worth to study.In this study,we takes the political participation of the Kazak people in the rural areas of Xinjiang as the topic,investigations were carried out on the rural areas where the typical Kazak people live,by using questionnaire survey and the interview method to analyze the political participation of the rural Kazak people in Xinjiang.Out of the existing problems,explain the reasons for the existence of the problem and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Introduction part of this study includes the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,ideas and methods,the difficult point and ainnovation points.The second part mainly elaborates the definition of basic concepts and theory of political participation.In the third part,taking Kazakh people in Nurahn and Uzenbulah village of Qapqal,Yili,Chemurchek town,Haratas village and Sarkames village of Red Town,Altay,as the object of study,we analyzes the current situation of the political participation of the Kazak in the rural areas of Xinjiang,.In the fourth part,this study analyzed the causes of the existing problems.In the fifth part,the countermeasures and suggestions to the orderly political participation of the Kazak people in the rural areas of Xinjiang were put forward,through the analysis of the causes of the problem.
