Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Health Services Development In Heilongjiang Province

The development of community health service is an important part of urbanhealth care system，it is the necessary way to achieve the goal that everyone can enjoy the primary medical care. Community health service in Heilongjiang has developed for more than ten years，it has made satisfactory achievements，thecoverage of community health institutions was continuously extended，with gradually rising standard of health service，however，there are many serious problemsto be solved. This paper analyzed the situation of community health service inHeilongjiang Province，found many problems about the facilities condition of community health institutions，as well as the distribution of medical resources andthe training of community health personnel. And then I put forward many measures to promote the development of community health service in Heilongjiang onthe basis of learning from the successful experience of the development of community health service at home and abroad. These measures include strengtheninggovernment’s macro-control，consummating financing and compensation mechanisms，enhancing community health personnel training and improving the system ofcommunity health service.
