This articleexplains the concept of Bankruptcy Recall Right, the background that this right arisesfrom and the nature of the Recall Right. Then it is about General Recall Right and theSpecial Rights. Finally the article explains my own opinions. China’s current legislationon the Bankruptcy Recall Right is not wonderful. Therefore, China should improve thelegislation of General Recall Right. And the Recall Right of compensation should beestablished as soon as possible.
