With the rapid development of the economy, the competition and social press isbecoming increasingly fierce.So the incidence of mental diseases in China is rising.In2012,China issued a new "Criminal Procedure Law".The mandatory medical measuresaccording to the law, changed our country only entity law and procedure law without,which plays a positive role in restricting public power, safeguarding the legitimate rightsand interests of mental patients. But in the new criminal law implementation of twoyears, there are many disadvantages in prominent medical procedures. Through theanalysis of the typical case of “Rong Mou of compulsory medical case", this paperfound out controversies and analyzed them.Then based on the case,this paper lookedthe compulsory medical treatment system in China and pointed out the imperfections ofcompulsory medical procedures.Finally,according to related problems, this paper putforward some improvement suggestions to look forward to help the compulsory medicaltreatment system in China.
