The Serial Reaction Time Task is the classical paradigm for implicit learning, and important method for movement skills learning. In sports field, movement sequence learning is the vital part of movement skills learning. And transfer is the objective and crucial method to skills learning. So it’s worth noting that how to improve movement sequence learning by transfer. The transfer of movement sequence learning includes effector transfer, proportional and nonproportional transfer and interference learning of similar Complex movement sequences. The interference learning of similar complex movement sequences is most important research view.Subjects are undergraduates of College of Physical Education and Health in East China Normal University. Through using the serial reaction task, the author designs two experiment, including effects of time interval and sequence difficulty on similar movement sequence learning. The results show that:(1)Reaction time of different special athletes is different. The results show that different specials have different effect on reaction time.(2)Along with the increase of the number of practice, subjects can acquire some implicit skills, which can help reducing the reaction time.(3)In skill acquisition stage, retention performance will have a certain amount of loss, but the loss will be compensated in a very short period.(4)An temporary proactive facilitation is observed in the similar movement sequences learning. As time goes on, this role is gradually weakened, will not have a significant impact in each other’s learning. Obvious proactive diminution is observed in the similar movement sequences learning. It occurs mainly in the different elements of two similar sequences.(5)Time interval doesn’t have significant proactive interference on the similar movement sequences learning, but have obvious retroactive diminution on the similar movement sequences learning. The shorter the time interval is, the more obvious retroactive diminution is. The interference occurs mainly in the different elements of two similar sequences.(6)Weak retroactive diminution is observed in learning of similar complex movement sequences. It occurs mainly in the different elements of two similar sequences. A simple sequence has not remarkable influence on another simple sequence.(7)Weak retroactive diminution is observed in learning of two similar simple movement sequences. It occurs mainly in the different elements of two similar sequences. A complex movement sequences has remarkable influence on another simple sequence. The obvious retroactive diminution is observed in the different elements of two similar sequences.
