As an important part of high school mathematics textbooks,the study of the sequence of numbers can not only make the students learn more basic knowledge,but also improve the students' thinking ability.And the sequence of numbers is the basis of our study in higher mathematics,so it is necessary to study the sequence of numbers in elementary mathematics.In this paper,based on the sequential requirements of the general mathematics curriculum standards,organizes its knowledge in senior high school,and summarizes its teaching objectives.And based on the relevant knowledge of the sequence of numbers,focuses on the related properties of the arithmetic and geometric progression and carries out a detailed comparison,and then summarizes the functional characteristics of a sequence.This paper collects the related sequential questions in the college entrance examination,and analysis,sorts out distribution of test points for the sequence and discusses the the development trend of the sequences in the future college entrance examination.Based on the research on related literature and books,and combined with the above analysis and examination of the requirements of their investigation,we can sort out 10 kinds of formulas for solving general term formula based on recursive formula,as well as the 8 ways for the sequence summation.At the same time,the paper combines with a number of college entrance examination questions and some typical examples to analysis and answers each method for a thorough.Through the study of this paper,we can make the students systematically grasp the knowledge of the sequence of numbers,and then reduce the difficulty of learning the knowledge of students.At the same time,this study also provides a good reference for teachers in the teaching of the new curriculum standards and the summary of the teaching stage.
