Study On The Optimization Of The Network Platform For Ideological And Political Education In Universities

As an indispensable and vital component, the platform for ideological and political education in colleges and universities (IPECU) can be applicable by both the educator and the educated, while they can interact with each other to perform the function of IPECU. However, with the new changes, domestically and internationally, some disadvantages of the platform itself bring new challenge to IPECU. So it’s necessary, theoretically and practically, for us to integrate the exist educational platform into a new network platform, while optimizing the educational platform’s structure and its profit, with a purpose to promoting college students’full-scale development and enriching and improve IPECU theories.This thesis analyzes, firstly, the status in quo of ideological and political education platform domestically and abroad, and presents a concept of relative network platform. And then it illustrates the necessities of optimizing this network platform, while focuses on the following four working principles. Based on questionnaire, the paper gives an analysis the problems of the major network platform of IPECU, auxiliary system inside the campus, supplementary system outside the campus and the subject of IPECU. And then four countermeasures are presented in the paper, specifically, a) to enhance the infrastructural construction of the network, to optimize the IPECU network platform, by optimizing the monitor mechanism and manager’s qualities; b) to strengthen the educational function of the traditional mass media to cultivate a healthy net culture, and to direct college student to enjoy healthy recreations, with a purpose of optimizing efficient auxiliary system; c) to optimize the supplementary system outside the campus by social virtue construction and guidance to healthy creations; and d) to set up efficient organizations of IPECU network platform to realize the interaction between families and colleges and universities, to make the pre-college education a necessary supplement and to boost the IPECU effect. By the above four policies, the paper argues that the new network platform can be improved to become more efficient to IPECU, and to be beneficial to the college students’full and healthy development.
