These years, questions about the conversion of implicit knowledge have been the keyresearch in the field of knowledge administration. However, skills being hard to describe inlanguage never be considered by philosophers in the level of philosophy.From the view of philosophy and taking tennis as an example, this thesis analyzes developcourse, connotation and characters of skills being hard to describe in language. Then it analyzesthe transmitting status of that kind of sills from tennis perceptive in details. Factors affecting thetransmitting are also studied. This thesis uses methods of document-data, expert interview andlogical analysis to study those factors and finds out effective transmitting strategies. The researchresults are:(1) knowledge share will and ability to transmit knowledge are two main sides of thebody factors affecting that skills’ transmitting. The body not only is willing to share but also isable to transmit the knowledge. The abilities include professional skills of coaches, basicknowledge and experience reserve and knowledge coding;(2) one of the important factors thataffect knowledge transmitting going well or not is whether the object can deal with hisknowledge reserve and transmitting knowledge well matched. If an athlete is lack of basicknowledge or he is far from the knowledge reserve of teacher or coach, it is hard for him tounderstand or absorb what teacher or coach transmits;(3) the theory—SECT mode put forwardby Nonaka is also can be used into transmission of tennis skills that are hard to describe inlanguage.It can conduct physical teaching and training when study skills being hard to describe inlanguage. As a highly individual knowledge of procedural, it relies on individual’s experience,intuition and insight, which can reveal sport skill nature and find the rule of perceptualtransmission. It will provide a way to improve the vivid guiding capacity of teachers and coachesand a way for athlete’s understanding about sport skill connation.
