To make use of the APAS3-D image analysis system of America, this article draws up theparameter to discuss from the first&second grade athletes who have a stable dynamic stereotypewith semi-western Forehand grip, semi-open-ended standing, served ball from the end line, acted the technical actions of forehand flat stroke and topspin. Throughout most of the researchesfor tennis forehand stroke were from training theory and the status studding, more of theresearches of sports biomechanics were from serving. There are only a few quantitativecomparative researches in the forehand stroke techniques similar to the action and no precisevisual data comparison and presentation in the depth of technical action. This article is intendedby systematic analysis of the kinematics’ parameters of the athletes’ lower limbs, trunk, upperlimbs and other indicators throughout two technologies, and supported on the basis of sportsanatomy&kinesiology to find out the characteristics and differences of the two technical actionsand its every aspect of the movement, to illustrate the essential difference of the two strokingway, to provide theories and data reference for the teaching and training of tennis forehandtechnical action. Through intuitive data, to make coaches and athletes understand the key pointsand differences of the two technologies in essence. In particular, making the tennis trainingstudents in physical educational institutions and the vast majority of amateur tennis enthusiastsable to break through the bottleneck to learn the basic technology of the two, to recognizeandimprove the technical actions of forehand flat stroke and topspin. The experiment conclusions are listed as below:1.The tennis ball and topspin forehand flat technology action principle accord with human bodyin athletic process joint activities order principle, shot the strength and the first in turn have feet, ankle and knee and hip after the transfer of the trunk to shoulder, elbow, wrist, and last hand byhand will transfer the power tennis racket to tennis ball.2.Flat and topspin the two hit technical movements in the back then I process is not a linearspeed up state, will be after a racket, is first after adjusting speed up slow down, hit more fullyprepare for a security.3.The forehand flat swinging forward ball hit two process in the lower limbs hitting action topush to start with the power to send force direction moment there are marked differences, legjoints are obviously before pressure action, make body forward more force, gravity after themove forward. And the forehand topspin to strike the right side of the body for shaft, in turn, cooperate with the power upper limbs, forward the above, the body stretch, from the trend ofservice.4.Track ball swings one of the influence factors to hit flat and topspin. Flat track is hit byforward after swing, swing line more; and topspin is above the ball forward swing, swing tracksimilar to the moon arc, and after hitting fast forearm contraction, present the type of carwindshield wipers swing. Each of the direction of displacement is also different.5.Shot moment racket face and ground form the angle of the direct impact hitting effect. Flat ballhit the racket face time and ground angle in80to90degrees, basic perpendicular to the ground;and take out before is topspin, in40to65degrees.6. The ball swing moment, elbow and clap your hands with topspin wrist joint angle different, the elbow and wrist joints spin were107.28degrees and158.39degrees, and plat hit two jointangle of flat basic close to90degrees, and formed a "double curved forehand" shot.7.The forehand topspin and hit the links in the process of the conjunction of peak speed at whichthe conjunction of all hit peak speed. Topspin wrist have obvious accelerate action, flat wrist andhand ball almost in a straight line.
