The purpose of this study is that with the help of sports biomechanics, sports physiology, sports anatomy and statistics of relevant theory and knowledge, with the aid of Vicon MX high-speed cameras,MX Ultranet HD3 d motion capture system kinematics analysis of equipment and software, the first six sports training in shanxi university tennis national secondary athletes in forehand single strokes and hands he hit a ball against the oscillating characteristics of three-dimensional view of kinematics analysis, the forehand and backhand batting swing speed and swing speed changes, the change of three important joint characteristics and inherent relation between data collection,Based on the analysis and processing of the collected data, the kinematics model is established. This paper aims to further find out the problems existing in the forehand and backhand hitting of college tennis players,so as to provide a data reference and theoretical reference for the improvement and development of college tennis players' competitive ability, and make a modest contribution to the improvement of China's competitive tennis level. In this study, the kinematics characteristics of forehand and backhand strokes of college tennis players were analyzed by using the methods of sports literature, experiment and statistical analysis. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Whether the forehand flat stroke or topspin forehand is in accordance with the knee joint, hip joint, shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint, hand, racket to complete the whole stroke of the sequence. In addition,in topspin forehand action, the peak velocity of all joints and body parts except the ankle joint is generally greater than that of the forehand flat shot.(2)Although the variation trend of topspin forehand is slower on the time scale than the flat shot of forehand, the variation range of the Angle of the lower limb joint is greater than that of the flat shot of forehand.(3)At the beginning of the swing, there is no significant difference in the velocity of the forehand topspin shot and the forehand's flat shot at the right ankle joint, right knee joint and right hip joint; At the moment of swinging, the velocity of forehand topspin ball on the lower limb joint is obviously higher than that of forehand flat shot.At the end of the swing, the forehand player's movement speed on the lower limb joints is significantly higher than the forehand's flat shot.(4)At the beginning of the swing, there is no significant difference in the Angle of shoulder joint, elbow joint and wrist between topspin forehand and flat forehand; In the swing stage, the elbow Angle and wrist Angle of the topspin forehand at the moment of hitting are significantly greater than that of the flat forehand. At the end of the swing, the Angle of the topspin forehand is significantly greater than that of the flat forehand, but there is no significant difference in the Angle of the elbow.(5)At the beginning of the swing, there was no significant difference in the speed of each link of the right upper limb;At the time of swing stroke, the speed of each link of upper limbs is obviously higher than that of forehand flat stroke at the time of stroke. At the end of the swing, the speed of the forehand topspin ball at the moment of hitting is significantly higher than that of the forehand flat shot.(6)In the racket introduction stage, the closed backhand stroke is significantly larger than the open backhand stroke in the Angle of the left knee joint, right knee joint and left ankle joint; At the moment of hitting, the closed backhand and open backhand have significant differences in the angles of the lower limb joints except the Angle of the right ankle joint.(7)At the moment from the lead shot to the end of the shot, the knee joint velocity of the closed backhand shot in the lead shot stage is significantly higher than that of the open backhand shot;At the time of hitting, the velocity of closed two-handed backstroke ball on all lower limb joints was significantly higher than that of open two-handed backstroke ball.At the end of the swing, the two movements have similar speed at the end of the swing.(8)At the end of the lead, the Angle of the right elbow joint of the open two-handed backstroke is significantly greater than that of the closed two-handed backstroke; At the moment of contact between the racquet face and the ball, the Angle of the left shoulder and elbow of the closed racquet is greater than that of the open racquet. At the end of the follow-up,the left shoulder Angle of both backhand strokes increases and the left elbow Angle decreases.(9)The velocity of the left shoulder, elbow and wrist joint of the two backhand motions of the athletes is greater than that of the right side, and the velocity from the shoulder, elbow and wrist joint to the racquet head shows a trend of increasing from the proximal end of the trunk to the distal end;At the moment of contact between the racquet surface and the ball, the velocity of the left shoulder, elbow and wrist of the closed backhand and the open backhand presented an increasing trend. The following Suggestions are made:(1)The test objects of this study are six national second-level tennis players majoring in sports training in college of physical education, shanxi university. But look from the overall situation and tennis professional secondary athletes overall number is larger,so on a macroscopic scale, different professional secondary school tennis athletes in daily training, professional basis, body quality and so on there are great differences,so from the point of view of more accurate, future research should further expand the number of samples and coverage, for example from multiple regions and schools selected some samples of the experiment test,to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results and the research conclusion and objectivity.(2)From the college students tennis forehand and backhand technique, although using biomechanical method can effectively find out the defects and problems in technique, but in terms of tennis sport, and the number of the technical movements of ascension also involves other factors,so in thesubsequent training, need combined with the training plan, training methods, training, security and other factors from the comprehensive level to improve the technical quality of the athletes.(3)This study is limited to the analysis of second-level tennis players in professional sports training direction. Therefore, for professional athletes, the corresponding training plans and research conclusions need to be re-analyzed and demonstrated in subsequent studies.
