With the theory of kinematic, this paper studied the technology of hands shot and backhand shot on the nation first-level tennis athletes and the nation rank2tennis athletesFirst we used the high speed camera to make a video on the motion of backhand shotto the base-line of5national first-level tennis athletes and5nation rank2tennis respectively. During the video, all the players are recorded by the side and in the front. Then we used APAS to analysis the record of the camera. we got kinematics parametersand other index. From specialized training angle: we could find deficiencies through thedifference of the high level and the ordinary tennis, and then we got conclusion aboutthe structure of motion of hands shot and backhand shot, which provided the theoretical basis for theory construction of tennis sports and tennis teaching in the college.Conclusion:1.Action principle in tennis both hands backhand accord with principle ofjoint activities in order principle in human body in motion. The power hitting requiredfrom the foot to ankle, knee, hip, after the transfer of the trunk to shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, Finally, extended power from hand was transfer to the racket power passed to the tennis.2.That national first-level tennis athletes hands backhand swing the racket inthe back racket process was not straight line accelerated state, but the first to accelerate and slow down, slow down the process of adjustment made to protect the ball to prepare more fully, while the nation rank2tennis athletes had a pause in the racket, theaction force was not smooth, thus lowering the quality of the batting.3.National first-level tennis athletes winged the ball forward in the lower limbs kicking force the directionof the force and the nation rank2tennis athletes there was significant differences, national first-level tennis athletes lower limb joints before pressure action, made the body forward force more focus from back to front; nation rank2tennis athletes center of gravity is too high, leading to instability in the lower limb center of gravity, hinder the action of the stability.4.The angle formed by in the film surface and ground of the hitting time had a direct impact on the ball effect. National first-level tennis athletes hittingmoment the racket face and ground angle between80-90degrees, basically perpendicular to the ground.5.The nation rank2tennis athletes is the film surface is less forward, between75-80degrees. The national first-level tennis athlete link point tennis hands backhand peak velocity of greater than nation rank2tennis athletes velocity of peak. National first-level tennis athletes the ball wrist had a very significant acceleration action, wh ile the nation rank2tennis athletes wrist speed and hand speed was almost in a straight line.
