Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Qinhuangdao City Tennis Stadium

Stadium is demonstration of the national sports utility investment-intensive projects.It is used for matches, trainings, and public exercising. It plays an important role inimplementing the Nationwide Physical Fitness Program and the Plan for Winning Gloriesin Olympics, as well as in the development of sports industry and in the construction ofthe socialist spiritual civilization. As the society and economy develop, the stadiums inQinhuangdao have been constantly improved. The2008Olympics brought anunprecedented opportunity for the development of sports in Qinhuangdao as a venue. Inparticular, tennis develops fast in Qinhuangdao in recent years. So the tennis stadiums arefrequently packed with tennis amateurs. In this sense, it is important to discuss how thetennis stadiums can be better adjusted to meet the demand of the market economy systemat present, how the value of this kind of state-owned assets can be better reserved and evenincreased. We should try to standardize the management of the stadiums including thestandardization of basic tasks, talent management, supervision and security mechanism. Toprovide better services, we should also ensure a comprehensive, harmonious, andsustainable development of the tennis stadiums in Qinhuangdao.The paper has pinned Qinhuangdao, innovatively, as research object, focused on theproblems emerged from the operation and management towards tennis venues belonged.The paper has been constituted by4parts. The introduction part(1st part),in amicrographic manner, mainly elaborated research background and significance of thepaper，summarized the related overboard research achievements, presented the researchobject and methods focused by this paper as well as the originality thinking included in thepaper. The2ndpart profoundly illustrates tennis venues’ utilization and tennis-relatedconsumption status in the city, through venues’ sites visit and questionnaires. The3rdpartanalyzed reasons to the problems exposed during the venues’ management. The last part,based on the previous demonstration, provided countermeasures and approaches to thesearched problems that hindering venues’ promotion, in order to offer the practical supporttowards tennis venues’ sustainable development in Qinhuangdao.
