| Tennis is a profound,culture,fashion,health movement,it can satisfy the people body and mind to develop in the direction of more healthy,for people to enhance physical fitness,personal participation in national fitness,finally realizes the lifelong sports has a huge role.With the improvement of social material life level,people’s growing demand for cultural life,physical exercise,tennis sport is to cater to people’s pursuit of elegant and stylish characteristics,makes the tennis this elegant sport more and more get the favour of people,tennis has accelerated population growth trend,Tennis venues and related organizations and facilities is to a certain degree of tennis sports in order to more stable after the development of the inevitable.In some developed countries abroad,because of the early tennis promotion,makes the tennis venue management development to a very mature and stable stage.In our country,however,because of the uncertainty of the tennis population at the grass-roots level,the establishment and development of tennis venue is still in groping state.Therefore,how to make the venue for long-term and stable development,is a tennis venue operator needs to be the problem of deep thinking,the author’s experience and field trips to theoretical analysis and research on some substantive issues.Research conclusions are as follows:1.Tennis complex hardware facilities and related services are not in place.Members of the tennis stadium infrastructure and tennis venues,the quality of service satisfaction is not high.2.Most tennis venue management system implementation is not in place,often resulting in staff attitude lazy neglect,tennis stadium rules and regulations only for the members of the set,very few of their employees restrictions and regulations,often make the tennis venue staff,service is not in place,affecting the quality of venues.3.Tennis venue for the most senior members of the horizontal,often can not be sustained because of restrictions tennis ball with the site conditions and other objective reasons,reflects the venue only focus on profit,while ignoring the underlying profitability of the members do not know the situation clear,it is difficult to implement an effective and humane management,is difficult to obtain the loyalty of members,affecting the frequency of members to tennis stadium tennis,tennis venues utilization also had a certain impact.4.Coaches youth-oriented venues,partial younger team structure exists instability,a large part of the coaches did not coach card,lack of self-awareness and the development of re-learning ability of a single coach is good tennis venues the coaches work hard to continue to enter the state the biggest obstacle.Coaches industry mobile,so taking into account sustainable development,stability of the entire structure is a matter of coaches in focus.5.Tennis complex do not attach importance to develop additional industry can not meet the diverse needs of customers,it is difficult to stand out in the competition venues.members learn tennis stadium for the network and the way most people around introduction,has begun to be seen from the tennis sport to independent groups and popularization change.Tennis complex social activities involved in small,difficult to play its influence. |
