| The operating status and countermeasures of29operating tennis venues in Changsha and Fuzhou are studied by searching document, logical method, fieldwork method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics methods in this paper. We also investigated58operators,88coaches and500consumers in these two cities. By comparing, analysis and demonstrating the results of the research, it reveals the existing problems and countermeasures of the operating status of the tennis stadium in these two cities.The results showed:First of all, the number of business tennis venues in Changsha is more than in Fuzhou at this basic investigation. Both of them are private ownership, mainly located in the downtown area, and the operation is based in membership system, which operators are optimistic about the prospects. Secondly, the majority coaches are male whose age mainly concentrated in the young stage. The teaching skills and service as well as regular train and learning should be enhanced. We also found that the payment is lower and the movement between tennis venues is more frequent. Thirdly, the proportion of tennis consumers are male, much more than female; the consumption mainly based on membership; the higher degree of the consumer, the consumption time is also more fixed.We provide some countermeasures as follows:(1) the government needs to increase the strength to two tennis narrate and purify tennis market;(2) the government should strengthen tennis operators’management level, increase the tennis stadium propagandist strength;(3) the operators should always pay close attention to the market, make the price rationalization;(4) the two cities should continue to strengthen the coaches training;(5) increase the tennis coaches’payment, which make coaches more stable;(6) the operators should focus on consumer awareness training.In this document we aim at promoting the tennis movement in these two cities, and at the same time, to further improve the tennis development in the two searched cities. |
