| Dance, English name is Line dance, is an organic combination of dance andmusic, and entertainment and fitness to the art aesthetic way, so that the overallphysical and psychological development of a form of dance and fitness movement, isalso a kind of body and mind the art of fusion. Research on current college physicaleducation teaching development, showing more discipline theory knowledgeintegration trend, sports teaching has also obtained the sufficient development underthe guidance of this theory. But dance elective course as the new sports curriculum,elective curriculum research is still lacking in the university curriculum practice dance,also in the exploratory stage, in view of this situation, this article through the consultmassive literature and field visits to research, feasibility analysis and researchemphasis on Open Dance College of Chongqing., to set and development of dancecourse in Universities in China plays a certain role. This paper used literature method,questionnaire method, expert interview method, analysis method, mathematicalstatistics method of logical analysis, the results show:①et up dance elective course hardware conditions. The basic facilities of theelective courses in Colleges and universities of Chongqing dance. The13universitiesare not yet the elective courses of the dance.②et up dance elective course teaching conditions. Only2teachers have notheard of dance movement, many teachers of dance movement is a certainunderstanding, the opening dance elective course for teachers good foundation ofresources in Chongqing city. Chongqing aerobics class teachers most teachers and didnot participate in the dance movement of learning, but the aerobics teachers most verywant to participate in the dance movement learning,that dance movement gained somerecognition of professional teachers in Colleges and universities, the future Chongqingdance elective courses provide support.66.67%the teacher is willing to as danceelective courses, only20%of the teachers are not willing to serve as dance electivecourse.63.33%of the teachers think dance movement will spread in the country,only23.34%of teachers think that dance games in the national promotion, there are73.34%teachers think it is necessary to open elective courses dance movement, only16.67%of the teachers felt no need to open elective courses, teachers think that theopening dance elective course in Universities is necessary and the significance of. ③our dance elective course students conditions. The students are investigated,most of the students is to understand the dance movement, only6.29%of the studentshad not heard of dance movement. Students understand that the main way of dancemovement is the TV network. Originally the teacher should also is an important wayfor students to information sources, probably because there is no open dance class, soget information from teachers accounted for only27.69%.72.45%of the students likedance elective courses, only13.84%of the students don’t like dance class. From theinvestigation of students like dance elective course can be seen, dance courses will beoffered in Colleges and universities like most students. There are68.95%studentswant to learn dance class, only25.17%of the students are not willing to learn danceclass. Students choose a major reason to participate in dance elective courses is thatdance sports fashion, cutting easy to learn, to learn is conducive to employment,shaping fitness.④ourses design dance elective course. Most teachers think dance elective courseteaching goal should be to promote physical and mental health of students, training,student’s lifetime sports consciousness and improve students’ ability of socialadaptation. Dance elective course content is divided into fitness knowledge, skills,methods of fitness, fitness health, fitness, fitness culture expand six categories,teaching according to the actual level of students and the need to. The teacher mainlylesson once a week every2hours and the lesson once a week every3hours. Thestudent is the main lesson once a week for2hours and the two lessons a week every2hours, combined each time the selection of teachers and students are more suitable forthe class once every2hours of class time method. Teaching classes teacher studentsthink that21-40is more appropriate. Evaluation on summative assessment ofqualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation and process evaluation, combinedwith each other, including physical, knowledge and skills, sports participation,affective performance and the spirit of cooperation and other content, evaluationmethods include observation, oral assessment, publicly display, process record,written examination, interview and other forms.
