The Feasibility Analysis Of Promotion Line Dance Course In Common Colleges And Universities In Chongqing

Since the year of2004, line dance has been brought in China as a national fitness project,as the line dance has a variety of dance and musical elements and can create new dance action freely, also can renew action continuously according to the dancers’hobbies, so the line dance has become the most popular entertainment and fitness project at once. At present, under the background of popularizing the "Sports and Health curriculum standard" in the whole country,universities’ curriculum setting is not only a innovation but also a challenge, particularly the teaching content is especially important. Curriculum setting should accord to the development of the society and the condition of the students and then implement the suitable fitness project for the students’physical and psychological development and so as to make the students get healthy exercise. Line dance is the new star of the world of fitness and as one of the national fitness project, so it can attract a large number of college students and populaces to take part in the line dance.There is no research and discussion about the feasibility of setting the line dance course in the college now. This article use documentation method, survey method and interview method to investigate and analysis such factors like teaching staff,site facility, training of the competition and the extent of teachers and students know the line dance of Chongqing ordinary university. I consult much information and research the line dance course’s help of the students’physical and psychological development and draw the conclusion-It’s possible and necessary to set line dance course in Chongqing college and it is in accord with lifetime sports advocating ideas and thoughts.
