A Research On The Development Strategy Of Adult Education In Dongcheng Adult College

National medium and long-termeducation development plan is put forward in the widely development of urban andrural community education; accelerate the construction of learning organization, thebasic formation of a life-long learning society.This paper uses the enterprise strategic management theory and practice, toDongCheng ZhiDa Adult College as the research object, the target service groups, thesocial environment, internal education resources on the basis of analysis, to determinethe existing problems and reasons; With the strategic management theory, from theDongCheng ZhiDa Adult College proposed the development point of view, trying toseek a suitable for similar DongCheng ZhiDa of adult college of independent settingthe road of development.
