| In this paper, through a case study, field survey the Horqin Left banner Huatugula boarding primary school, from infrastructure, curriculum, teaching, management status, a detailed analysis of the school problems, finally put forward the suggestions to solve these problemsThis paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, including the problem, literature review, research purpose and significance, research methods. The second part is the main body, including three chapters.The first chapter is the case school survey, including sample region economy, education and the case school of historical evolution and the present situation, the case school infrastructure, curriculum, teaching, school management situation.The second chapter of the case school problems specific to the analysis, respectively, from the school, student, parents of three aspects of analysis, that includes funds inadequacy, infrastructure should be improved; teachers age structure is not reasonable, and pressure; the school curriculum, extra-curricular activities is not monotonic single, independent innovation and development space; accommodation condition is poor, management exists omissions, bad secretly breeding; canteen food single, existing health problems; the boarding students lack of emotion, poor peer relations; parent education means stale, communication with school and teachers are not perfect and so on.The third chapter is the conclusion, mainly directed at the sample school existing problems puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:to increase the educational investment, improve infrastructure construction; to strengthen teachers team construction, improve the quality of education and teaching; perfect regulations system, change the management idea; enhanced human relations, to achieve all-round development; to strengthen the construction of the parties to the communication, harmonious relationship. |
