Teachers, direct implementers of early childhood education institutionsand teaching work for the improvement of park and teaching quality, plays avital role. Ability to take effective measures to mobilize the level ofcommitment and enthusiasm of teachers’ work, and play their sense ofownership, the building of a high-quality faculty ranks to become the nurserymanagement of the validity of an important performance, as a measure of thePark leadership is an important indicator of the level of management.Kindergarten Teachers has such a significance emphasis on faculty buildingalso increasingly becoming a large consensus in the nursery manager.In this study, the construction of the Dongsheng district kindergartenteachers to do a detailed, real grasp and presentation of the literature, surveysand interviews. Found that there are still many problems to be solved in theDongsheng District kindergarten teachers teaching staff recommendations andcountermeasures put forward solutions to address these issues.The preamble of the main ideas and design of this study as a whole, andRelated Research, and related concepts to define a comprehensive discussionand analysis, this study lay the theoretical foundation.The first part of the construction from the Dongsheng District kindergartenteachers policy guidance, early childhood education institutions, teaching staffand the status of the four aspects of teacher training on the DongshengDistrict kindergarten teachers teaching staff construction described andanalyzed.The second part for the first of a number of problems in the DongshengDistrict, teachers of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers, such ashigh-level, highly educated severe shortage of low teacher qualificationsstarting point; preschool teachers lack the ability to teach research and professional level; the intensity and scope of early childhood teacher trainingis not enough. The reason for kindergarten teachers on educationaladministrative departments.The third part of the problems for teachers of kindergarten teachers putforward corresponding countermeasures. If increase teacher training, improvethe level of professional development for preschool teachers; as the carrier ofa public park and outstanding private garden, the establishment of teachers bybuilding high-quality early childhood education personnel to introduce thegreen channel to attract high-quality talent to join the Dongsheng preschooleducation; Prudential land; to give financial subsidies of private garden,improve the stability of child care teachers of private garden.
