| Teachers ’care for children is one of the important requirements of preschool teachers’ professional ethics.The quality of teachers ’care for children lays the foundation for preschool teachers to enter children’s deep mind and obtain children’s recognition,and then the key to carry out effective education for children.Children from 3 to 6 years old,their rational analysis ability is only in the embryonic stage,so in the face of the caring behavior of preschool teachers,if this explicit behavior is recognized,it may directly change into the key to affect the teacher-child relationship and even the effectiveness of preschool teachers’ education activities.In today’s society,with the traditional based on blood relationship or expand the blood relationship,gradually covered by instrumental "contract" relationship,teachers in the face of children,has been a "care" and "blind care" phenomenon,become the kindergarten education in the important problem of caring relationship.In this study,26 kindergartens in X City were investigated by literature,questionnaire and interview,and the Questionnaire.The questionnaire mainly consists of three dimensions: responsible care behavior,supportive care behavior,and inclusive care behavior.SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software is used to describe the overall situation and dimensions of preschool teachers,and then conduct independent sample t-test to identify the problems of preschool teachers’ care behavior: unidirectional characteristics of preschool teachers;preschool teachers;lack of care for preschool teachers.Combined with the interviews with principals,intermediate managers and teachers,the factors affecting the care behavior of preschool teachers were analyzed from the internal and external factors,including the teachers themselves,kindergarten and family.Based on the reason analysis,suggestions and countermeasures to improve the care behavior of preschool teachers are put forward from three factors: teachers themselves,kindergarten and family,so as to clarify their obligations and responsibilities.Teachers care for children in "empathy",independently improve care ability: listen to children’s voice,promote care understanding between teachers and children;experience children’s feelings,realize emotional care between teachers and children;establish correct educational concepts,and independently improve care quality.Kindergarten builds care value order and care atmosphere: builds care value order,reiterate care education;perspective the order of care,and restore the order of care value.Update parents ’ideas,improve care behavior in cooperation: update parents’ parenting concept,reflect in feedback;active home communication,and build a care community. |
