With the development of the time,the goal of mathematics teaching is notconfined for students to gain basic knowledge and basic mathematics skills,pay more attention to emotions,attitudes, values and culture.In mathematicsteaching activities, to understand certain mathematical science knowledge,access to mathematical thinking methods, mathematical thinking, theapplication of mathematics to enhance awareness,people have paid more andmore attention on promote all-round development of students. Mathematicsrefect ability can help students improve comprehensive ability, therefore, inmathematics teaching practice, teacher must concern to stimulate students’reflective consciousness and reflective abilities. Especially in high school,students’ logical thinking level、physical and mental development are mature,the improving of students’ reflect ability also help to improve the students’enthusiasm and creativity, help us develop a comprehensive human resources.Social progress and development of individual students both demand improvestudents’ ability of reflection, more and more people’s attention on how tocultivate students’ reflect ability.this paper aimed to solve the current high school students’ learningmathematics problems, learn from the reflective teaching theory, combinedwith teachers own teaching practice, and the actual situation of the student.Inhigh school carry out students’ ability to reflection research, to seek someeffective training the strategy on high school students’ reflect ability, mainlyfrom four aspects discussed:The first section introduces the background and significance ofdeveloping high school students’ reflect ability;The second section describes the mathematical reflect ability’s relevantconcepts and theoretical basis;The third part analyzes the impact of high school students develop reflectability’s factors, and details high school students reflect on the trainingstrategy and the characteristics of the student and the subject, given the specific case of teaching and training methods, and explore effective ways tosum up.Reflect ability improve high school students interested in learning,stimulate the enthusiasm of the students is an effective way. As mathematicsteachers, must have common progress and development withstudents,two-pronged approach to practice and research, gain experience inpractice, and put the experience into practice, through developing students’reflect ability, teachers develop habits of self-reflection to improve the qualityof good learners, so that simultaneous development of teaching and learning,go hand in hand. To raise the level of their teaching and students, make theirown comprehensive literacy development contribution.
