Research On Changes Of Herdsmen’s Production Way During The Reform And Opening Up Who Live In Bayinbolag Village, Bahrain Left Banner, Inner Mongolia

Since the beginning of the reform and opening up, a series ofpolicies of development has been carried out, as a result, great changes ofherdsmen’s lifestyle and production way have taken place. In response tothis phenomenon, many experts and scholars put forward an amount ofnew opinion which tried to mainly study agricultural changes or culture,or the influence of agricultural modernization and marketing economy.The researcher mainly investigated and studied the changes of herdsmenor farmers’ production way, who make a living by relying on bothagriculture and animal husbandry. And a great number of materials whichwere chosen from real investigation done in BayinBolag village, Bahrainleft banner, Inner Mongolia were used in this paper. Firstly, After carryingout Pasture and Lifestock Contract Responsibility System(1981---1997)，Double Rights an One System(1998---2003), Grazing in Captivity(2003---now), Basic production way of herdsmen in BayinBolag villagehas changed, which is introduced carefully in this paper. Secondly, in theprocess of production way changing, agricultural production has beenspread gradually, and traditional animal husbandry has been reduced.What’s more, the number of workers who go to big cities to find jobs hasbeen risen. And all of these phenomena were analyzed in the paper. Thechange of production way also made a great effect on income, lifestyle and concept of herdsman life, which was talked deeply in the research.After that, according to the policies of national development such as landmanaging policy, marketing policy and ecological policy, the studyintended to analyze the reason why production way of herdsmen whoused to rely on animal husbandry changed. Meanwhile, some idea aboutcarrying out national policy and a few thoughts about herdsman were putforward in this paper.
