Mathematics has very extensive application in the modern life and modern production. It is an important part of human culture, We can almost find it everywhere in our life. It is also one of the required subjects we learn from primary to university. Students usually spend much time on mathematics, but there are still many differences among different student during the mathematics-study.During the process of mathematical study, the phenomena of discrepamly always exist, and show its characteristics more conspicuously with the passage of time. Gender differences in these differences influence on mathematics learning is particularly worthy of our attention and research. Existing research shows that the level of the ability of mathematics and mathematics learning has very close relation with gender differences. In the light of the phenomenon of gender differences in high school mathematics learning, I have investigated and analysed the reserch results and current status in society. The results of the survey show that do exist gender differences in mathematics learning. And the reasons of the differences is varied. First is the physiological differences between girls and boys, the third is psychological differences, mainly includes the differences of thinking mode, memory way, and cognitive style. The last reason is the influence of social environment. Include the impact of traditional social views and the effect of school education.According to the actual situation, it gives some ways to reduce the differences.First, the teachers and students should set up a good concept of gender differences. Secondly the teachers should improve teaching methods. Teachers must be good at cultivating logical thinking ability of students. Finally, to cultivate the girl of mathematics study interest, and improve their self-confidence.Genetic factors provide natural premise and material basis for the differences in formation, while environmental factors play a decisive role in the acquired. As long as there is scientific educational methods and good environmental conditions, we can control and make up for the weakness of the boys and girls, to promote the quality of the overall development of students.
