The Countermeasure Research On The Match-fixing In Competitive Sport Of Our Country

Competitive sport, which takes making excellent sport performance and winning games as the main goal, feature in sport competition. With the development of sports course in our country and the industrialization of competitive sport, the relationship between competitive sport and commercial profit is getting closer, thus turning winning or losing into the collection of interests. To win a game or get illegal profits from games, many people may violate the ethic and morality, some even have criminal behavior such as "soccer fraud" and "black referee", which largely break the normal game rule and the spirit of fair competition, thus making serious damages to the whole sports course, while at the same time having bad influence on social morality and affecting social stability.This paper mainly discuss the existing issues in the regulation of competitive sport’s match-fixing in our country, come up with personal suggestions. In the first place, this paper divides match-fixing into two parts:soccer fraud and black referee, then analyzes the problems existing in the cause and social harm of it. In the third part, this paper analyzes the issues existing in current regulation, mainly are lawless referring to lawmaking, hard to intervene referring to judicial and low level of punishment. The fourth part analyzes the experience of regulating match-fixing overseas and makes a conclusion. Lastly, this paper comes up with some countermeasures of regulating match-fixing in our country:amplifying laws and regulations, intensifying laws enforcement, reforming management system and strengthening team construction.
