With the extensive application of information technology as the core of computer and network communication technology in all areas of society, the wave of Information technology is sweeping across the whole world. The wave of information technology in education is surging. The Modern Distance education is booming, The Online learning communities has become a hot topic of research in Modern Distance Education.Education is a eternal cause. In China, The current development of education has entered a stage of comprehensively improve the quality of education. On July29,2010, the release of "national long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)" clearly pointed out that to vigorously develop the education in the cause, to increase efforts to train education faculty, it put forward higher requirements for teachers’ specialized capacity development at the same time. On May21,2010, The Ministry of Education issue the notice of "The measures of in-Service Studying for Master of Education Degree for Free pedagogical lives of normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education (Provisionally)", it put forward a plan for Free pedagogical lives, they obtain Master of Education Degree by in-service training. They study courses by distance education and the way of face-to-face in winter vacations and in summer vacations. Online learning community is an important platform for free pedagogical lives, it is useful for them to complete on-the-job learning and improve their professional ability. It also provide new communicating platform for teachers. Therefore, strengthening the construction of online learning community has become an important research subject.This paper relies on a project "Remote real-time interactive video work Chamber and the construction of teacher’s online learning communities". The project is born by central China Normal University network and information services centre. By a questionnaire survey and interview, I have already analysed the characteristics of free pedagogical lives and their personalized learning needs. By Social Network Analysis, Content Analysis, Statistical Analysis and Documentary Research Method, I have already analysed the application of some typical learning communities. Based on the analysis of data and results, I design a online learning communities for free pedagogical lives. I also detailedly design of the interaction process. Finally, I research the application and management of free pedagogical lives’ online interactive learning communities. I design a standard of online learning evaluation. I proposed some management measures of online learning communities, I also do some research on how to promote online learning community’s interaction. By researching on online learning community, I hope it can help free pedagogical lives to successfully complete their study.
