. Each subject has its own connotation essence. The nature of characteristics, the external form of connotation essence, runs throughout the discipline teaching contexts and clues. Also, it is to realize the essence of education and helps teachers inspire students’subjectivity. This paper tries to find the nature characteristics of the biological sciences and do biological teaching design as a whole around the middle school biology characteristics. The title of this paper,"The Tree of Life Evergreen" is a kind of metaphor. It means the nature characteristics of the biological sciences are often in every biology class.In this paper, the nature characteristics of the biological sciences are summarized as follows. It is about life. It is to explore life phenomenon, the principle of the rule and mechanism. It was reflected in biological experiments. It contains biological relations with human life and the development trend of biology. The integral design of the biology teaching aims to interpret such a problem how to present biology properties and what qualities students can change. I made use of theoretical research, action research and narrative research method to make the "how" and "what" summarized and evaluated with teaching examples.
