With the rapid development of economy and enterprise of educational and sci-entific research,the main task in teaching transforms from emphasis on the recog-nition of conclusions into the emphasis on the exploration of processes.High standards of talent have also been raised,what is you will not only understand knowledge,but also master it,you must have the ability to effectively transfer knowl-edge to deal with practical problems,even to find the root cause,understanding t-he cause of truth being discovered,learn from the scientific methods and rigorou-s scientific spirit used by scientists to discover the truth.That is to say,students are required to learn how to study.Using the history of biological science to orga-nize the biology teaching in middle school,from the theory to the spiritual level,to help students to learn in an all-round way,in line with the teaching concept of the new curriculum standard.The history of biological science is a collection of the processes that research-ers explore the processes of life and nature,including the succession of knowledge,the innovation of methods,and the spiritual qualities shown by the researchers in this process.The Standards place more emphasis on the student’s learning process than on rote learning.The history of biological science provides the theoretica-l basis and practical basis for the high efficiency of biological teaching activities.This study puts forward the viewpoint of using the history of biological science to organize the biological teaching practice in middle schools.By referring to the history of biological science,the purpose and significance of the research were clarified and the research direction was determined.Through the face-to-face interview of 9 senior high school biology teaching students in three middle schools in Yan’an city and the questionnaire survey of 113 students in Yan’an middle school,Preliminary understanding and mastery of the history of sci-ence in the history of the teaching of biology teaching.According to the currentsituation of teaching and the support of relevant theories,the main contents of t hi-s paper are as follows:(1)Taking the current senior high school biology teaching material(the editio-n of human education)as an example,sorting out and analyzing the relevant con-tents of the history of science permeated in it,so as to facilitate the effective us-e of it in the follow-up research;(2)Taking the content of section 2 of Chapter 2 of the required course of bi-ology in senior high school "Regulation by Hormones" as a case study,this pape-r shows the practice of usi-ng the history of science to carry out the new teaching of biology in middle school and analyzes the case.Taking the content of secti-on 1 of Chapter 3 of the required course of biology in senior high school "the Discovery of Plant auxin" as a case study,this paper presents the teaching proces-s and case study of biology teaching revision course in middle school by using t-he history of biological science.(3)To test the results of this research with performance test and data analysi-s.The T test showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class before the test results because p=0.582>0.05,an-d there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the cont-rol class.The results of the post test were p=0.033<0.05,and there were signific-ant differences.Through the study and analysis of the above contents,we can reach that the use of biology teaching practice in middle schools to organize the history of biological science does play an obvious role in the students’ understanding and master-y of the history of biological science and the improvement of their academic ach-ievements.The results of the data analysis of students’ academic achievements sh-ow that,the practice of this research has been successful on a preliminary basis.Therefore,the use of history of science in the implementation of biology teaching in middle school is initially effective.However,due to the limited level and expe-rience of the individual,there are some objective factors,there are some imprope-r teaching design and implementation.And the use of history of science educatio-n into the traditional biology classroom is a simple process,but also need to wit-hstand the test of time.
