The theme of "Chemical reaction and energy" is involved in different stage of basic education, besides, it is an important subject of teaching. This research is try to comb energy concepts relevant to the subject matter and research the subject teaching in the basic education stage. Using qualitative analysis method, questionnaire method and interview method to launch this project research.This study is divided into seven parts. The first part is the analysis of research background, just about proposing the question,the research significance and research methods. The second part is about my opinion on the related research. The third part is about the content and methods of the research. The fourth part is the important part: analyse the teaching content of "chemical reactions and energy" in basic education stage, and try to describe the relationship between matter and energy,besides the relationship between chemical reactions and the changes of energy. The fifth part is try to analyse the teaching content of "chemical reactions and energy" in basic education stage, mainly about the value of chemical reactions and energy by analysing the course standards and teaching materials, besides, determine the teaching goals of the different stage. The sixth part is the teaching design research about "chemical reactions and energy", just from the teaching goal, teaching core activitives and teaching tasks. The seventh part is the reflection and outlook, summarizes the research results and insufficient of this study.This paper mainly results:(1)The energy concepts involved in the subject of "chemical reactions and energy" are abstract, This paper try to make a system analysis from the relationship between matter and energy, and the relationship between chemical reaction and energy, making the logical relationship between different energy concept is explicit, which is in favor of the integration of students.(2)The topics of "chemical reaction and energy" are mentioned in the different stages of basic education, based on the subject of ontology analysis just from the teaching goals, teaching activities and teaching task three aspects to form design proposal.(3)Some suggestions about the teaching of "chemical relation and energy":establish the angle of energy to know material and make the foundation for understanding the energy change in chemical reactions; establish the angle of energy to understand chemical reactions, the nature of chemical reaction, the direction and limits of chemical reaction; Establish two-way relationship between the chemical reactions and energy, with the help of energy to control chemical reactions,also with the help of chemical reaction to regulate energy to service humanity.
