The classroom effective teaching behavior is one hot topic of the educationresearches over the world. Effective teaching research has been carried out for a longtime in a foreign country,domestic since the1990s has begun to focus on effectiveclassroom teaching。In particular,the study of effective education come to a trendfrom theory to practice, from the macro to the micro in recent years。Effectiveclassroom teaching behavior researches were supported by more and moreattentions,and there is a emergence of a number of wealthy representative results。Junior high school mathematics lies in the transitional stage of basicmathematical knowledge from elementary school to high school deep mathematicalknowledge,Tt is not only the basis of high school mathematics learning,but theeffectiveness of learning will produce a direct impact on the understanding andmastery of the high school math knowledge。Teachers classroom teaching behavior isintuitive,the optimal combination of teaching behavior can improve teachingefficiency and the quality of teaching。The thesis is divided into a total of six chapters。The first chapter is theintroduction and mainly elaborates the origin,The goal,the content,the statusquo,the ideas and methods of the research。The second chapter defined the keyconcepts involved in this study,and the core conceptions include effectiveclassroom teaching,the classroom effective teaching behavior,the classroomeffective teaching behavior of junior high school mathematics teacher。Theresearcher established the theoretical basis of the research on the process ofliterature reviewing。The third, fourth and fifth chapter is the main part of thestudy。The third chapter proposed junior high school mathematics teachersclassroom characteristics of effective teaching behavior on the basis of classroomobservation and theoretical speculative。Draw on existing research results,After theclassroom observation combing and summary as well as with the tutor seminars,analysis,building junior high school mathematics teachers classroom of10indicators of effective teaching behavior,which are discussion,visual presentation,Dialogue,interaction,feedback,demonstration,guidance,guiding students to reflect,classroom management and decorating assignments。The forth chapter developed a"junior high school mathematics teacher classroom teaching Observation Record"which was based on the build-out of indicators of effective teaching behavior theclassroom。And taking mathematics teachers of Shanghai Junior high school F as acase study,We observed different types classes of different teachers,and makean analysis of the observation。We analyzed several education behaviors because ofthe larger different frequency,such as telling,questioning,interacting,discussing,presenting。In the fifth chapter,I put forward the corresponding improvementstrategies which is based on the theoretical analysis and the shortcomings andproblems of the novice teachers in the classroom teaching behavior。About thetelling,according to the teaching objectives to determine the content of "take" and"bring",express appreciation of mathematics in the class;New teachers shouldcarefully observe and reflect,grasp the opportunity to use the strategy of inquiringand persisting,And not only excite them to participate actively to ensure their longtime thinking,but also improve the ability to reflect and strengthen the research onquestioning behaviors;On the interacting,highlight the dominant position ofstudents and make them become interactive promoters,And emphasis on teacher-group interaction to attract members to interact with the enthusiasm;It comes todiscussing that clear discussing in the sense,change philosophy into action,establish the role of guide and set the yardstick for discussion to grasp welldiscussion skills;The novice teachers should distinguish three types of presentingbehavior’s scopes,preset reasonable presentation behavior and strengthen thetraining of the operating skills of the writing on the blackboard。...
