Classroom discipline management plays a very important role in classroom teaching.Good classroom discipline management is the foundation and guarantee for achieving educational goals and promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of students.With the rapid development of my country's economy and society and the continuous deepening of curriculum reform,new requirements have been put forward for classroom discipline management in primary and secondary schools.Teachers are no longer the center of classroom discipline management,but are "assistants" who guide students to develop good behaviors and help students grow.Junior high school is a very special stage.Students are in adolescence and are no longer as obedient as elementary school students,and their self-control ability is not as strong as high school students.There are a lot of confusion when facing growing up,often anxiety,and easy to violate discipline.How to effectively deal with the classroom discipline of junior high school students is a problem that many teachers need to think about.In life,both schools and parents pay more attention to the management of classroom discipline by the class teacher.They believe that the key to classroom discipline management depends on the effectiveness of the management of the class teacher,but ignores the important role of subject teachers in classroom discipline management.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is of great significance to carry out research on the classroom discipline management of junior high school students.On the one hand,it is helpful for subject teachers to understand their own classroom discipline management,understand the needs of students,find problems in management,and put forward practical and feasible improvement strategies to improve the efficiency of classroom discipline management.On the other hand,it also enriches the relevant theoretical knowledge of classroom discipline management to a certain extent,which is helpful to the further development of related research.This article first sorts out relevant domestic and foreign researches,expounds relevant theories,defines relevant concepts,and then analyzes classroom discipline management ontology.After completing the above tasks,in order to understand the actual situation of classroom discipline of junior high school teachers,this study designed two sets of questionnaires for teachers and students,and compiled a set of observation tables to select a certain representative in Xindu District,Chengdu A public middle school in the town,conducting investigations and studies.Collect relevant data through questionnaire surveys,interviews and observations,and use data statistical analysis methods to process the data.According to the investigation and analysis,the hegemonic classroom still exists,the traditional education idea is deeply rooted,some subject teachers' attitude is loose,discipline management excessively relies on the head teacher,neglects the discipline difference,the discipline management mode is solidified,some teachers' emotion control ability is insufficient,the management behavior is single,the classroom discipline management efficiency is low,and the violation phenomenon occurs occasionally.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies,such as deeply planting the concept of curriculum reform,putting an end to hegemonic classroom,enhancing the sense of responsibility,enhancing the ability of discipline management,paying attention to the characteristics of disciplines,correctly guiding students,understanding the differences of students' needs,adopting diversified management methods,scientifically improving the evaluation system,avoiding the occurrence of violations,paying attention to the joint efforts of education and improving the management efficiency It is omitted.
