Along with the implement and development of the concept of inclusive education at the international level, since the beginning of China’s reform and opening up, the form in which our country’s inclusive educational practice taken is called learning in regular class is growingly popular. Currently an increasing number of students with hearing impairments are entering into the regular schools and attending the regular classes to study and live together with the students without any disability. Therefore, the hearing-impaired students go through the formal education by learning in the regular classes and then integrate into the mainstream society, which is and will be becoming possible.As an exploring and practical research, it focuses on the fully developing process of the deaf and hard-of-hearing students in regular schools and classes, from family to school, from regular primary school to general university, how they transform and adapt to the education and cultural value and human relations in the mainstream society by micro-level case study.On the basis of individual practice accumulation, this paper represents a20years’ case history of A’s rich experience in learning in regular class, from language development, student experience, professional learning, interpersonal life, future prospects and so on, and then the author analyzes the growth trajectory and influencing factors of good learning in regular class, the effect of language rehabilitation builds up the foundation for hearing-impaired following academic life; the high efficiency of academic development strengthens the brief of hearing-impaired students; the improvement of social adjustment improves hearing-impaired students’ studying quality, and all that is the issue to be discussed in the study, in order to extend the case to the general, to provide beneficial reference and basis for improving learning in regular classroom work and developing the education of normal students’ professional training and cultivation in special education as well as the new concepts of Equal regular education that scholars from special education fields have discussed recently.
