Students' Ideological And Political Education Leaders Perspective Culture

College student leaders are college students who are outstanding in study and scientific research, social work, entrepreneurship, culture inheriting, self-reliance and so on, as well as those who have extensive social influence. Discussing how to cultivate college student leaders in the ideological and political education horizon is beneficial to complete the ideological and political education theory system, to increase the function of ideological and political education to the college student leaders’cultivation, to the research of perfecting the talent cultivating system, and to foster the revolution and creation of the college talent cultivating pattern.This essay combines theoretical exploration and practical survey to do a research on the cultivation of the college student leaders. First and foremost, it clarifies the notion, types, characteristics and roles of college students. Then, it not only reviews the historical process of cultivating the college student leaders by our Chinese Communist Party during the New Democratic Revolution, socialist exploration period, ten years period of turmoil and the period of the reform and opening up, but also summarizes the experience and lesson. Thirdly, it takes the Top10college students in Zhejiang Province for examples to do empirical study on how to foster college student leaders. These Top10students can be divided into college student leaders of entrepreneurship, dedication spirit, self-reliance, science learning and social working. By analyzing these actual cases, it summarizes the characteristics of inhomogeneous college student leaders, as well as the common reasons of their success. Lastly, it focuses on generalizing the similarities of the college student leaders and obtaining the common points.Based on the research, analysis and summarization about the college student leaders both in history and in reality, according to the current situation, the essay proposes three cultivating countermeasures:first, aiming at improving personal accomplishment, it regards interest cultivation, knowledge imparting, practicing, basing on family as core; second, based on schools, it regards optimization of training plans, improvement of educators’quality, variation of campus culture and perfection of logistics service as core; third, based on the society, it regards propagandizing pursuing college student leaders as well as trusting and reusing them as core.
