The South Banner of Ordos left wing is the one of the seven banners of Yekhe Juu leagues. Since mid of Qing Dynasty, there had been many debt issues occurred.The thesis based on the archives of Juungar Banner, focuses on the debt issues between Han immigrants and Mongols, to analyze the cause of the debts, measures to repay the debts, influence of the debts, finally revealed the origins of the social, economic, living decline of Mongol Banners. The thesis consists of three chapters, preface, main body, conclusion and references. The main body consists of three chapters.The first chapter takes advantages of Da Qing Yi Tong Zhi, Travel Notes of the Mongols and Archives of the Mongol Banners, summarizes the origen of The South Banner of Ordos left wing, its geographical location and hereditary of Jazak. In edition, it narrates the variation of The South Banner of Ordos left wing in the middle of Qing Dynasty, drifting of Han imigrants, as well as, its managing organ-Shenmu. The second chapter mainly analyses the several influencial debt issues and paying ways of the banner people. The third chapter analyses the reason of the banner and its social influence. The conclusion summarizes the whole paper. The reference enumerates all archives and books which is used in the thesis.
